About This Site:
As I said on this site's homepage, I am a 20-something year old gal who has worked in the Greater Birmingham tourism industry for most of the past decade. I started this website in 2007 to give tourists some ideas on planning a great trip to Birmingham, Alabama. Since then it has drawn thousands of visitors wishing to design their upcoming trips to the Birmingham area.
The booking tool that I use on this site is the Expedia Affiliate Network and I get a small commission from each sale that helps pay for this site's upkeep and some of my college.
This site is managed for me by Night Owl Publishing, Inc.

Both for security reasons and because I work in the industry I have deliberately kept my full name private. I owe my employer a measure of loyalty and cannot answer questions from website viewers that might direct potential clients to competitors. I need to keep my day job! So take this website as a general guide for your use but understand that you will have to make the specific choices as to how to spend your time in Birmingham.
